Dumaitoto Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1.Acceptance of Terms of Use

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a comprehensive agreement between you as a platform user and dumaitoto as the service provider. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the dumaitoto website or app, regardless of whether you have completed the account registration process.

By continuing to use the dumaitoto platform — including browsing the website, downloading the app, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any games offered — you confirm that you have read and understood this document in its entirety and agree to comply with it fully.

These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are also available on the dumaitoto platform. All such documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and dumaitoto regarding your use of this platform.

2.Member Eligibility

To be eligible to use the dumaitoto platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Dumaitoto reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the stipulated period may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

3.Account Registration & Member Responsibilities

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the dumaitoto platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited, regardless of device, IP address, payment method, or information used.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. Required details include your full name, date of birth, active email address, and a valid mobile number. dumaitoto reserves the right to verify all this information through the identity verification (KYC) process.

You are solely responsible for:

• The confidentiality of your account password and login credentials.
• All activity that occurs within your account, whether authorized or not.

4.Deposit & Payment Methods

The terms and conditions relating to deposits are as follows:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for each transaction.

5.Fund Withdrawal

Members may request a withdrawal of funds at any time, provided the following conditions are met:

• Identity verification (KYC) has been completed and approved.
• No active bonus with unfulfilled rollover requirements.
• The account must not be under suspension or investigation.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for each request.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used during deposit. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and protect members' interests.

The withdrawal processing period is between 5 to 30 minutes for requests approved during office hours. Requests received outside of office hours will be processed at the start of the next business day. dumaitoto is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank or payment provider.

6.Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Terms

Dumaitoto offers a variety of promotions and bonuses to members, including welcome bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has specific terms that must be followed. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus is subject to rollover requirement (re-wagering) as stated on the respective promotions page.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be used for betting until the rollover requirement is met.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new member.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or via duplicate accounts will be voided without notice.
• Dumaitoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus value cannot be transferred to another member under any circumstances.

7.Game Rules & Integrity

Members agree to:

• Play fairly and refrain from using any software or methods to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other members.

8.Restrictions & Account Closure

Dumaitoto reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account immediately, with or without notice, if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member is involved in any of the following:

• Identity fraud or submission of false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Registering multiple accounts to receive duplicate bonuses or evade restrictions.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Using a third party's payment method without authorization.
• Threats, abusive language, or inappropriate behaviour directed at dumaitoto staff.
• Violation of any provision in this Terms and Conditions document.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, dumaitoto reserves the right to forfeit all funds in that account, including any pending withdrawals. If the closure is at the member's request or for reasons unrelated to a violation, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member upon completion of the verification process.

• Financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting outcomes, whether due to errors in judgement or technical factors beyond the platform's control.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from internet connection disruptions, device failures, or external factors unrelated to the dumaitoto platform.
• Any action or failure to act by third-party service providers, including banks and payment processors.

Dumaitoto's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in that member's account at the time of the relevant incident.

12.Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Dumaitoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications and their registered email at least 7 calendar days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
